As proud locals of Tallahassee, co-owners Christin and Haley envisioned The Mini Bar as a niche event experience for clients. Christin, a licensed Florida Bar attorney, ensures that every contract is flawlessly executed, while Haley brings years of expertise in event curation and management. We understand that planning events can be stressful, which is why we’re committed to streamlining the process and providing exceptional service at every step.
Due to Florida's dry mobile bar regulations, we can't purchase alcohol directly for our clients. However, we've established partnerships with the industry’s finest vendors, allowing us to offer an extensive selection of top-notch drink options tailored to meet every client's needs.
The Mini Bar features up to four taps that serve a diverse range of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Our clients can mix and match from our curated keg offerings, creating a customizable and memorable experience.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Why can’t I buy my alcohol directly from The Mini Bar?
A: Florida is considered a dry hire state, meaning that mobile bars without a liquor license cannot sell alcohol. The client is required to provide their own alcohol. However, we are happy to advise our clients on exactly what is needed in order to make The Mini Bar a unique and fun experience!
Q: Can I hire The Mini Bar if I don’t want alcohol?
A: Yes! We offer a variety of non-alcoholic options available upon request and are partnered with Lucky Goat Coffee and Tally Kombucha. We will drop The Mini Bar off at the designated venue, set everything up, and let the guests self serve from the taps. When the event is over, we will come breakdown and pickup.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book The Mini Bar
A: Because our menu is so curated, we require a minimum of 6 weeks notice for any event. This lead time allows our vendors to begin crafting the drinks into keg format. We are also first come, first serve as currently there is only one tap house.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), checks and cash. We require a 50% deposit up front to book the event and the remainder of the payment will be due the week of the event.
Q: Do you travel outside of Tallahassee?
A: Yes! Anything outside of a 30 mile radius of Tallahassee will be an additional $1.25 per mile. Feel free to contact us directly for any special requests.
Q: Do I have to hire a bartender?
A: If you would like your guests to self-serve, we will drop The Mini Bar off before the event, hook the keg system up and return for pick-up. However, if you preferto have an attendant, or if your venue requires a licensed bartender, we are partnered with Top Shelf Events and will coordinate that service for you. Please note that the bartending service will be a separate cost and will paid to the bartending company directly.

Tally Kombucha was established in 2016, birthed from the founder Michaela’s own health struggles. After suffering from gastritis, inflammation, asthma, and brain fog for years, Michaela started to take a daily dose of her own homemade kombucha brew and started seeing major improvements in her health, arising from the boost to her gut health from the kombucha. For two years prior to starting Tally Kombucha, Michaela eagerly prepared and served her kombucha to her husband and children as a health aid. When Lucky Goat began roasting coffee in 2010, our intent was to provide top-quality wholesale beans for other cafés. But once people began coming to us for coffee to brew on their own, we knew it was time to expand. A bigger warehouse and welcoming storefront allowed us to not only make great coffee for our customers, but also teach them how to brew it best themselves.
